Warranty Period

All BAZO products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Upon receiving the product, you can You can register for a lifetime warranty. (Warranty details as follows)

Limited Warranty: BAZO products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period, we offer 1 free replacement for products covered under warranty.

Lifetime Warranty: Scan the QR code on the card inside the package for extended warranty registration. Even beyond the 365-day warranty period, we provide replacements for products covered under warranty, with up to 2 free replacements.


Warranty Coverage


Including but not limited to: cracks, bubbles, scratches, missing parts, broken pull tabs, dust, failed installation of the screen protector.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage


(1) Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse or improper use.

(2) Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents.

(3) Failure to provide sufficient proof of purchase.

(4) Free products (such as test products, user program promotional products, etc.).

(5) Warranty period exceeded or exceeded replacement limit.
